XV FEAEC CONFERENCE

With the subject "Educational organizations for the excellence" were celebrated the XVth FEAEC Conference of school management, on the 11 and 12 of June, as usual in the Autonomus University of Barcelona (UAB).

More than a hundred of participants they could listen and discuss with diverse personalities that from different points of view they hit to reel off the term of the excellence related with the education.

From the intervention wantedly provocative of the engineer and director of INFONOMIA, Alfons Cornella, that e xalted the role of the technologies within our reach until the highly significant contributions of the teachers Ricard Serlavós, about the emotional intelligence in schools, and Enric Roca that he spoke about the need of stimulus of the talent from schools, precisely of the classrooms.

There were contrasts of opinion in the round table about the "visions of the educational excellence" in charge of the dean of the Profesional College of Secondary Teachers, Josefina Cambra, the engineer Antoni Brey and the president of the Bofill Foundation, Jordi Sànchez as well as from the different views of the paper that a school headteacher has to play school for the excellence that they brought school director (Isabel Sànchez from Agora School of Barcelona, Coral Regi from Virolai School of Barcelona, Carles Núñez from Proa Scool of Barcelona and Francesc Viñas from Arquitecte Raspall School of Cardedeu).

The president of the FEAEC and the general director of educational innovation, Joan Badia, closed two days of great interest for concerned people in the educational management.
